Clever Dripper

One of our favourite ways to brew filter, the Clever Dripper is similar in shape to a pour-over but with a stop tap at the bottom of the cone. You can pour your coffee in, pour the water over and brew for a desired amount of time. Drain completely by placing the brewer over your cup and opening the tap.
